Terms of Service

Last updated: June 19, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Switching. By using our tools, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms define the relationship, rights, and responsibilities between you (the user) and us (the operator) when you use the image conversion services on Switching.

Article 2 (Our Services)

We provide free, browser-based image processing tools, including format conversion (JPG, PNG, PDF, TIFF, HEIC), resizing, compression, and image merging. We do not require accounts or registrations to use these features.

Article 3 (Local Browser Processing)

We run all conversions locally on your device, entirely within your web browser. We never upload, transmit, or store your files on our servers. You are solely responsible for managing the security of your files and device environment.

Article 4 (Your Responsibilities)

You must only process files for which you hold valid rights or permission. You assume all responsibility if your processed files infringe on copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other proprietary rights. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws.

Article 5 (Disclaimer of Warranties)

We provide our services 'as is.' We do not guarantee that the tools will meet all requirements, run uninterrupted, or produce perfect results across all browsers and file formats. Always verify your converted outputs before relying on them for critical tasks.

Article 6 (Limitation of Liability)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages—including data loss, file corruption, or conversion errors—arising from your use of Switching.

Article 7 (Third-Party Services)

We use Google Analytics to analyze usage statistics. This third-party partner collects and handles data according to its own policies. For details, please review our Cookie Policy.

Article 8 (Changes to these Terms)

We may update these Terms at any time to align with legal requirements or service upgrades. We will post updates directly on this page. Your continued use of Switching after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
